Mini Chocolate Eclairs

Mini Chocolate Eclairs – No Bake

6 Lady Fingers

1 snack size vanilla pudding cup

1 milk chocolate bar (1.5 oz.)

1/2 tsp. butter

1/2 T. milk

Separate and split each lady finger in half.  Place 6 halves cut side up and evenly spread vanilla pudding on each half (there may be about 2 teaspoons extra).  Set aside.  Break chocolate bar into several pieces and place in a one cup microwave bowl. Microwave on high for 15 seconds. Add milk and butter and microwave for another 15 seconds. Stir SLOWLY until blended and smooth.  Place the remaining 6 halves, cut side down, and spread the chocolate mixture on top of each lady finger.  Carefully place each chocolate-topped finger on top of each pudding-topped fingers.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.  Yield: 6 mini Eclairs.  NOTES:  You may substitute 9 chocolate kisses for the chocolate bar.  If desired, you may toast the lady fingers before assembling for a slightly different texture.
