My Easiest Dinner

EASIEST DINNER: One of our favorite easy meals is a no-brainer.  I purchase a 1 or 2 lb. package of ready-cooked BBQ ribs with sauce already included.  I cut the ribs into single pieces, place them in aluminum foil and seal tightly.  I cook them in a 300 degree oven for about one hour (or 250 degrees for 2 hours) and serve with corn-on-the cob (frozen from the bag if ‘on-the-cob’ is not in season), and potato salad from the deli. (My favorite is from Geissler’s Supermarket!)  If you are not in the mood for potato salad, frozen french fries are just as easy.  I like the 2-serving box that costs about $1.00.  If you don’t have a whole hour (or 2), the instructions on the BBQ ribs give you a 10 minute cooking method…but the slower you cook ribs, the more tender they become.
